Pakistan Rangers hand over Indian national to BSF

The Pakistani Rangers handed over the 23-year-old Indian citizen Dalwinder Singh to the Border Security Force (BSF) in Wagah at the checkpoint on Sunday, Army Army media wing said.

According to the Public Relations Department (ISPR), Singh accidentally came to the village of Ballanwala in Pakistan on March 6.

He thanked the Pakistani security forces for treatment and care during their stay.

The day before, on April 28, direct contact was established between the Pakistani General Director of Military Operations (DGMO) and India.

The Pakistan Army's DGMO informed its Indian counterpart that their country's security forces should not "blame the animals," but "inwardly" against the false pretext of alleged infiltration of the border. ,

During the conversation, the DGMO emphasized that lasting peace along the line of control and the labor frontier "depended on the implementation of existing agreements between Indian troops on the ground".
